Iran Discloses Technical-Level Negotiation Framework With U.S., Establishes Four Working Groups

According to Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Garibabaei on June 23, Tehran and Washington will conduct future technical-level talks under oversight of a high-level committee comprising Iran's parliament speaker, foreign minister, the U.S. vice president, Pakistan's prime minister, and Qatar's prime minister, following consensus reached at Swiss quadrilateral talks.

Four working groups were established to handle sanctions relief, nuclear issues, reconstruction and economic development, and oversight and implementation.
