U.S., Panama Accuse China of Punitive Measures on Panama-Flagged Vessels at IMO Council on July 13

At the 137th session of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Council on July 13, representatives of the United States and Panama accused China of imposing punitive measures on Panama-flagged vessels for political reasons.
