Csquare Plans IPO at $23-$27 Per Share, Targeting $1.15-$1.35B Raise This Week

According to UAnalyze, Csquare, a data center operator, plans to price its IPO at $23-$27 per share this week on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker CSQR, targeting to raise $1.15-$1.35 billion. The company operates 64 data centers primarily across North America and the UK, providing colocation and interconnection services for enterprise-grade AI inference and hybrid cloud workloads. In Q1 2026, Csquare reported revenue of $271 million, up 16% year-over-year, though net loss widened to $66 million from $34.9 million a year ago as the company invests in expansion. Proceeds from the IPO will be used primarily to repay existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
